Join us at Promontory on Rosh haShanah as we blow the shofar and cast off the sins of 5781 by tossing bread crumbs into Lake Michigan.


Precautions Currently in Place Due to COVID-19

  • All events will require advance registration. The registration form can be filled out online or by calling the temple office.
  • Capacity will be limited to 50 people.
  • Face coverings will be worn at all times, both inside and outside of the building.
  • We encourage physical distancing for seating and for gathering.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are provided throughout the building.
  • Medical-grade air purifiers have been installed.

Important Health Questions for the Day of the Event

If any of the following are TRUE for you or anyone in your party on the day of the event, then you or the affected person(s) should not attend this event:
  • You or anyone in your household has experienced any of the symptoms listed below within 14 days prior to the event.
• fever or chills • cough • shortness of breath or difficulty breathing • fatigue • muscle or body aches • headache • new loss of taste or smell • sore throat • congestion or runny nose • nausea or vomiting • diarrhea
 
  • You or anyone in your household has been in close proximity to anyone who has any symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or who has experienced any symptoms consistent with COVID-19 since your contact within 14 days prior to the event.
  • You or anyone in your household has you been in close proximity to anyone who is known to have laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the event.
  • You or anyone in your household are currently waiting on the results of a COVID-19 test at the time of the event.
