KAM Isaiah Israel has a long history of doing powerful social justice work and effecting real change in our community and beyond. The Social Justice Committee facilitates and coordinates a range of educational, advocacy, volunteer, and other activities, including both ongoing projects and new initiatives.

Social Justice and the Reform Jewish Movement

The Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism (RAC), based in Washington, D.C., is the hub of the Reform Movement’s social justice and legislative activity.

Jewish Council on Urban Affairs (JCUA)

The JCUA is the Jewish voice for social justice in Chicago, and KAM Isaiah Israel is a founding member of their synagogue partnership.
