KAM Isaiah Israel is a Reform Jewish community on Chicago’s South Side, founded in 1847 – the oldest Jewish congregation in the city. Membership is open to all, with pledge tiers as guideposts, not gates.

Or speak with Rabbi Kirzane. We’d love to hear from you!
Brit Kehilah – covenant of community – is the name we give to the commitment our members make to KAMII each year. It’s more than dues. It’s a promise to participate, to support, and to belong.
Choose your commitment level
Our Brit Kehilah has four pledge tiers – Yesod, Amud, Tomech, and Boneh – that work as guideposts, not rankings. The Yesod tier is open to any amount. We ask only that you give thoughtfully.
Affirm our shared values
You’ll agree to participate in the Reform Jewish life of KAMII and to abide by our Code of Ethics.
Choose how you’d like to pay
You can pay by check, ACH (no fees), or credit card. Installments and payment plans are both available. For larger gifts, we also accept stock and Donor Advised Fund (DAF) contributions.
See pledge levels and tier descriptions on the commitment form.
Financial contributions keep the lights on and the Torah open. But people sustain a community in many ways – with time, presence, connection, and expertise. Every part of how you show up matters here.
Begin your 5787 Brit Kehilah! The form takes about three minutes. No login needed. You’ll have the option to talk with us before you commit, if you’d like.
