KAM Isaiah Israel Women's Group

The KAM Isaiah Israel Women’s Group is meant to provide a space to foster inter-generational community among adult female identifying people.

The primary purpose is for women to meet new people and create community.  There are many activities that are flowing from our get-togethers and continuing to emerge from the the group according to the desires and ideas of group  members.  Opportunities are available to organize your own programs and events or just show up. Please fill out the form below to be added to our mailing list.

Upcoming Events

Wednesday, November 16 at 7:30 PM

Then join us in November for an exciting Book Salon for Someday We Will Fly, featuring author Rachel DeWoskin and KAMII member Jacqueline Pardo whose mother fled Germany in 1939 when she was 7, and spent the war years in Shanghai.

The book is a heart-wrenching coming-of-age story set during World War II in Shanghai, one of the only places Jews without visas could find refuge. Professor DeWoskin will recount the research process for the novel and Dr. Pardo will speak about her mother's experience growing up in the German Jewish refugee community in Shanghai.
