Book of Remembrance

The Book of Remembrance is a traditional way of honoring departed relatives, friends, and members of our congregation. We look to it each year on Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, when we remember our loved ones who have died recently or in past years. Each year, the Book of Remembrance also lists those whose names are memorialized on plaques in the Sanctuary or in whose memory rooms have been dedicated. This year, the Book of Remembrance will be available online and printed for those attending the Yizkor Service on Yom Kippur afternoon. Please contact the office, if you cannot attend in person but would still like to receive a printed copy of the book.

To include the names of your loved ones in this year’s Book of Remembrance, please complete the information below and submit by Thursday, September 15, 2023 to be included in our final printing:

Please provide all names of departed to be included in this year's book
Please provide the name(s) of all those remembering the departed as you would like them to be printed in the Book of Remembrance.

It is customary at KAMII, though not required, to contribute $25 per name listed in the Book of Remembrance. You may enter a donation in the box above or just hit submit to complete this form without a donation.
